Optimizing thermal comfort
The aim was to provide intelligent solar radiation management for the east and west facades, using adjustable brise-soleils. This solution limits direct exposure to the sun in summer, while maximizing solar and light gain in winter, guaranteeing year-round thermal comfort.

Brise-soleil AZUR : Installation of Tellier Brise-Soleil fixed and adjustable sunshades for precise seasonal control of solar gain.
Intelligent control: Blades are adjusted according to the position and elevation of the sun to block excessive heat while maintaining natural luminosity.
Results:
- 40% reduction in heat gain in winter with 0° blades
- Almost total elimination of direct radiation in summer
- Significant improvement in interior comfort
